User Agreement for Yumme App
Effective Date: February 6, 2025

1. Welcome to Yumme!
Thank you for choosing Yumme! This User Agreement ("Agreement") outlines the terms and conditions under which you may use the Yumme mobile application (the "App"), provided by Yumme, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with this Agreement, please refrain from using the App.

2. Age Requirements
The Yumme App is intended for individuals aged 17 and older. By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 17 years old. If you are under 17, you are prohibited from using the App.

3. Creating an Account
To use certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. When doing so, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details, including your password. If you suspect unauthorized activity, please notify us immediately.

4. Acceptable Use of the App
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. You may not engage in:

• Any activity that is harmful, fraudulent, or illegal
• Infringement of any intellectual property rights
• Unauthorized access to the App or its servers
• Distribution of harmful software or viruses

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App for any violations of these terms.

6. Content Ownership and Usage

7. Third-Party Services and Links
The App may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Yumme. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these third-party services. You access such third-party services at your own risk.

8. Termination of Access
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App, with or without cause, at any time. If your account is terminated, you will no longer be able to access any features restricted to registered users.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be free of errors, interruptions, or security breaches. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yumme shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal actions arising from this Agreement shall be filed in the courts located in California.
